So How Did I Do?

Jamie helped me find 3 investments homes in Decatur, Georgia. She was able to locate the homes and negotiate the contracts within the week that I was in town from Chicago. Ok, I found someone that GOT IT!  Jamie and I had a telephone conference and within days Jamie took on the ownership and found us new bank owned homes.  She also provided us with comps and what she felt we coul/should be offering.  The same coming weekend we flew to Atlanta again to look at all the homes she had found.  Unfortunately none of them put the shine in my wife's eye.  Jamie saw that, moved us to a commuity in the Ball Ground area, instead of Cumming and Alpharetta.  She read my wife's taste andjust knew what to show her next.  As soon as Jamie pulled into the community my wife turned her head and looked at me.  It was the WOW! look I got from her tht this was dead on!  Jamie then remotely logged onto the internet , did her thing.  Within 45 minutes we had three choces we would buy.  All in all she found us a NEW Home with a replacement value of $550k for $325k.  Tip of the day...when working Jamie, be upfront, tell her everything about yourself, your needs, financial position and don't hold anything back.  What I learned was the more she knew about us placed us into a position to exceed our expectations.
